All displayed prices are in EUR (€), including VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. Product descriptions and specifications appear on each product page; screen settings may affect colour appearance. If we identify a pricing or availability error before accepting an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund it.

Orders and payment are processed through Shopify checkout. Only the payment methods displayed there are available for that order; availability may vary by country and provider. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless we expressly accept it earlier. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Under EU consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days — see our Returns policy.

Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Contact us with the order details so we can arrange the remedy required by law. Accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and loss are not manufacturing faults. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Irish law, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their country of habitual residence. Applicable consumer rules determine where claims may be brought. Please email us first so we can try to resolve a complaint; you may also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission at ccpc.ie for consumer information.

Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access or infringe intellectual-property rights. Brand content and imagery may not be reproduced without permission or another lawful basis. We are responsible for losses where required by law; nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms may be updated for future purchases; the terms applicable when you ordered govern that purchase.
