Order data: name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order contents — needed to fulfil your purchase (lawful basis: performance of a contract).

Payment data: processed through Shopify checkout and the payment provider selected there. We receive transaction and payment-status information, not your full card number.

Support messages: information you send by email or through the contact form, used to answer requests and resolve issues (contractual necessity or our legitimate interest in customer support).

Technical data: basic device, browser and security information used to operate and protect the site (legitimate interests). Where consent is required for optional analytics or marketing, that processing relies on your consent, which you can withdraw.

We use Shopify to manage products, checkout and orders, Lovable Cloud to support the website, and relevant payment, fulfilment, carrier and communication providers to complete your purchase and respond to you. Information is shared only as needed for these purposes. We may also disclose information where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
